SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping at gulfstores! We are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently across our active GCC and international regions.

1. MANDATORY ORDER CONFIRMATION

Because we operate primarily on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, all orders must be verified before dispatch.

After placing an order, our customer support team or automated system will contact you via Phone Call or WhatsApp.
Your order will NOT be shipped until we successfully confirm your shipping address and intent to purchase.
Unconfirmed orders will be automatically canceled after 48 hours.

2. SHIPPING FEES & COVERAGE

We currently ship to UAE, Saudi Arabia (KSA), Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Pakistan, and the USA.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Fast local shipping rates apply directly to our regional warehouses.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once confirmed, orders are dispatched from our local regional warehouses.

UAE: 1 to 2 business days.
Saudi Arabia (KSA): 1 to 3 business days.
Other GCC Countries (Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain): 2 to 4 business days.
Pakistan & USA: 3 to 7 business days.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) PAYMENTS

For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready when the courier arrives at your door. The courier will not hand over the package without receiving the payment first.
